Lead the preparation and consolidation of the warehouse budget and monitor expenditures to ensure
that activities and team expenditures are within the allocated budget to control costs and enhance

Optimize space availability through the development and implementation of efficient storage, tracking,
and retrieval systems such as FIFO or (FEFO) to minimize storage costs and ensure the ease of material
movement for the Modern trade (MT) and traditional trade (TT) clients
