Solid experience in consultant, employers, vendor negotiation management. Extensive use of Job Diva tool to source right professionals based in US. Source screen & shortlist candidates resume as per the requirements of clients. Making extensive searches to fulfill the requirement. Check consultants suitability from geographical, salary & technical point of view. Speak to the consultants/employers regarding their technical skills, interest, availability and convince them regarding pay rates, relocations. Pre screening of potential consultants in terms of their qualification, work experience, reference checks and remuneration etc. Take the preliminary round of interview evaluate the communication skills and suitability of the candidate. Get confirmation from consultants Responsible for obtaining the scan copy of H1b documents from the Vendors. Responsible for submitting resumes to the client portal directly. Consulted almost all Technology consultants such as Software Engineer, Network Administrator, LAN/WAN Engineer, Project Manager, Program Manager, Data base Administrator, QA Engineer, Tester, C, C++, C#, Oracle, SQL, Java, J2ee, , .Net, ASP. Net, t, HTML, DHTML, Visual Basic, Oracle Apps/Financials, UNIX, Red-Hat Linux, Sun Solaris, TCP/IP, Testing/QA etc. Dealt with all types authorized consultants such as Citizens, GCH, H-1B, EAD, Negotiated billing rates on 1099 & W2, Corp-Corp for consultants and their prospective client companies according to applicant skill level & job offer. Meeting the set targets. Co-ordinate with other recruiter to work as a team.
Keeping track of candidate for future references. Conducted diverse highly technical searches. Offers, and closing candidates. Attend conference calls from the client hiring managers. Recruit and develop recruiting strategies for clients primarily in Florida, Georgia, and DMV, California Negotiate compensation with candidates, extend offers, facilitate the placement of candidates, and solicit referrals of other top talent in the area. Screen candidates via phone and in-person interviews based on technical skills, education and Personality to reduce time and money in the recruiting process for our clients. Source and screen potential IT candidates for contract, contract-to-hire and permanent openings. Provide staffing and recruiting support for government and commercial based clients. Maintain contact and build relationships with candidates during and after the on-boarding process to ensure a high close percentage. Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Provide complete, accurate, and motivating information to candidates about our various clients and positions. Leverage existing relationships for referrals to find candidates and business opportunities for our sales team. Focus recruiting efforts on Information Technology and Engineering positions. Maintain proper procedures with in-house applicant tracking system/software to track and record all candidate and search activities (Tools: Bullhorn) Search and identify candidates utilizing our internal candidate database (Bullhorn) as well as various job boards (LinkedIn, Xplore, Monster). to schedule interviews.
