1 Preparing daily Invoice and posting them in to accounting software (Tally ERP 9)
2 Posting daily Receipts and payment vouchers
3 Making monthly statements (MIS) necessary for the management and for the bank, Sales Tax Authorities. Etc
4 Preparing Quotations, Proforma and Purchase orders
5 Dealing with Bank, preparing Bank Reconciliation Statement
6 Preparing Debtors and Creditors account Reconciliation
7 Preparing Monthly pay roll
8 Assisting in sales
Completed my School Level in 1997 from Bord of Public Exams Kerala State, Later joined in a Private College for the higher studies in calicut Kerala after completing studies, joined for computer studies for two years.
