►Handling of Inventory, Stores, Warehouse & Logistics operations, procurement (Domestic & Import), fleet management. (Raw materials, components, tools & equipment and finished goods).
► Monitoring of day to day material receipt, inspection, storage and issue to production.
► Perpetual stock taking, corrective and preventive remedies on inventory discrepancies.

► Oversee hiring and training, Scrap disposal, FIFO / LIFO and Shelf Life Expiry.
► MIS reporting, reverse logistics, refurbishments and cost effective transportation.
► Dealing of Aircraft spares & components including designing & commissioning of warehouses & engineering stores, inventory management and distribution.
► Managing the stores standard activities like requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, issuing, preservation and ensure that they are carried out as per the organizational procedures.
► Implement inventory control measures to reduce obsolete stock, keeping tab on slow-moving items and achieve reduction in inventory management cost.
► Monitoring of Shelf Life Expiry, FIFO / LIFO and perpetual inventory, corrective and preventive actions on discrepancies.
► Handling of AOG & coordination to snag rectification and regulatory / internal audits.
► Coordinating with Cargo for materials to and fro movement and customs clearing.
Handling Warehouse & Stores. (Tractors, Parts & Implements).
Handling of Accounts, Administration, Institutional Sales, Invoicing, Payments collection and Imprest account management.
Dealer / Distributor accounts reconciliation.
Analyzing Transit damages and corrective action.
Maintaining statutory requirements like, Sales Tax, Entry Tax and audits etc.
Filing Insurance Claims & Payment Follow up. Visiting Dealer ships, warehouses etc.
Handling Warehouse & Stores. (Tractors, Parts & Implements).
Receiving, Storage, Invoicing and Collection of payments.
