1. Preparing method statements, check sheets & ITPs in coordination with the concerned
Engineers.
2. Issuing and controlling the Drawings, Method statements and ITPs.
3. Implementation of approved PQP, Method statement, ITP and project specifications.
4. Reviewing material submittals and prepares material inspection request (MIR) formats for incoming plant and materials and carrying out inspection with consultant or other third parties to ensure that only approved materials are procured and installed.
5. Providing guidance to the store keeper about storing methods of different kinds of materials.
6. Preparing inspection requests & organizing inspections with main contractor & consultant.
7. Planning and conducting testing and commissioning of equipments such as AHUs, FCUs, Chilled

8. Maintaining all Quality documents & records.
9. Attending monthly QA/QC meeting in the main office and implementing Quality procedures.
10. Doing the internal audit and submitting the audit report to the QA/QC Manager.
11. Establishing all related Plan, Procedure, Instruction and document of MEP Services & Systems.
12. Ensuring that all the required inspections of the works and materials have been performed.
13. Reviewing failures in quality at the time of occurrence and ensuring appropriate action is
taken.
