Human Resource Management
• Manpower Planning: Ascertaining short term/long term requirement based on volume of production activities, change of technology and source of availability.
• Recruitment & Selection : Job analysis/Evaluation, Advertisement, Screening, Interview, Salary Negotiation, Joining Formalities and induction of fresh recruits, focusing on employee Retention and key employee identification initiatives.
• Performance Management System: Formulation of appraisal policies, monitoring performance during probation and providing timely feedback, monitoring of performance an on-going basis.
• Human Resources Development : Identifying training needs of various categories of employees organizing training and development programme involving internal as well as external faculties evaluation of training benefits lunched various schemes i.e. Health Week, Safety Week, arranged various competitive programme for workers. Prepare Company HR Manual, Handbook, KRA’s JD and define them.
• Implemented successfully 5S and establish a monthly 5S audit system.

• Administration & Security: Office Administration e.g. Procurement of office stationary & office equipments like computers, furniture & fixtures, Insurances etc. Take care of Annual Maintenance contract of office equipments. General Administration e.g. Security, Housekeeping, Vehicle Management and Canteen etc..
