• Carry out the role of Electrical Engineer in designing and coordinating projects from time to time.

• Preparation of Concept drawings based on Client requirement, site conditions and local building regulations.

• Provides Electrical Design services from concept design stage to final stage for Villas, Amenities, High Rise Hotels, Residential Apartments and Offices.
a) Provides Lighting System Design and Illumination Calculations.
b)Provides Emergency Lighting System Design and Calculations including Central Battery sizing.
c)Provides Fire Detection and Alarm System Design as perQCDD regulation.
d)Provides Public Address System Design.
e)Provides Access Control and CCTV system Design as per MOI regulation.
f)Provides Voice and Data system Design including Basic Data Center Design (Structured cabling).

• Oversee the drafting work.

• Interfacing and co-ordination between Consultants and Contractors from Architectural/ Civil, Interiors, Structural, Mechanical and other service disciplines
as also with Clients, Project Managers and all other concerned on a regular basis.

• Interacting with outside agencies for providing latest technologies.

•Preparing Design Philosophy, Specifications, Vendors list and other design related documents in compliance with design requirements of the project
and design data inputs.

• Ensure that the design is delivered in accordance with the codes, standards, and with agreed time schedule.

• Review shop drawings, samples and other documents submitted by the contractor, for compliance with the construction document and the
design intent (as and when needed as per company
requirement).

• Obtaining approval from the concerned
departments such as Ooredoo and Civil Defense.

• Evaluation of contractor’s bills and invoices and issuing recommendation for payment.

• Submission and discussion of the projects with the authorities of the concerned departments.
