My role extends to encompass a below comprehensive set of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the smooth operation of our esteemed client, eXtra.com, across Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Oman in the highly competitive ecommerce landscape.

User Request Management: Serving as the initial point of contact for user requests, I prioritize and resolve issues related to the Order Management System (OMS) while harnessing my expertise in Oracle SQL engineering to manipulate and analyze database data effectively.

Oracle SQL Engineering: My specialization in Oracle SQL engineering allows me to optimize database queries and data retrieval processes within the OMS. I take charge of database design of alerts, performance tuning, and data integrity to enhance user experiences.

Code Testing & Hotfix Testing: Collaborating closely with development teams, I validate the functionality of code changes and rigorously test SQL data and order creation to ensure they align with business logic.

Load Testing: Active participation in load testing efforts ensures the OMS is prepared to handle surges in demand during peak periods, such as Mega Sales events.

Log Analysis and Issue Resolution: I play a pivotal role in analyzing logs to identify the root causes of issues, malfunctions, or anomalies within the OMS. This proactive approach allows me to report my findings to the development team promptly.

Support for Mega Sales: During high-demand events like Mega Sales, I oversee system health, optimize SQL queries and database performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Oracle Retail, RSB, RIB, and SIM Server Expertise: My specialized knowledge in Oracle Retail, Retail Service Backbone (RSB), Retail Integration Bus (RIB), and Store Inventory Management (SIM) Server allows me to fine-tune and maintain these critical systems.
Responsible for client-side application logic and integration. Supporting seamlessly to numerous merchants for their successful integration with their website/app.Troubleshooting with the merchant’s site for the issue during integration and changed the plugin according to their theme and website architecture.
