• Performed Pipe thickness calculation, pressure vessel calculation, weight calculation, Flange selection, Material selection, welding electrode selection & reviewed drawings of heat exchangers tubing, structures, pipe rack and utility piping as per ASTM /ASME /EN /DIN /NPA/WRAS /NACE or other client standards-statutory compliance as per DNV-GL, LLOYD, Bureau Veritas, TUV Nord, ISO Certification Compliance Inspection agencies.
• Prepared Material Requisition / drafting enquiries to suppliers, TBA ( Technical Bid Analysis & Purchase requisition), Send quotation to clients, Issued Purchase order to suppliers and processed purchase orders received from clients.

- Used to get a pdf drawing of a tube / bush from a client. Then convert it into 3D model and create
gauges with maximum -minimum condition specified in drawing.
- Created 3d model for plugs for mounting, Bush fitting fixtures, sliding U-blocks, base plate with tooling holes .
- Developed the design of proto sample with sub vendor for trails and then inducting master sample gauge for
manufacturing.
- Worked on proto stage in designing of 430 cc B.S III, Diesel, Air cooled cooled Engine for
3 wheeler Continental auto rickshaw (baxy) vehicle on Pro E Wildfire 5.0.
• Was responsible for 3D Modeling concept generation, Sheet metal, 2D assembly and manufacturing drawings. Incorporated GD & T(Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) as per company’s requirements.
• Responsible for Quality checks of final components on CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) at Continental Bhiwadi (Manufacturing) plant ensuring quality parts & tooling development with vendors and suppliers.
• Innovated new governing system with modified Fuel delivery rack system, new rocker cover with breather system inbuilt in it, Modified engine assembly 3d model, connecting rod & idle shafts and developed proto samples with sub vendors.
• Worked on pilot stage to production stage in designing of 600 cc B.S III, Diesel, Water cooled Engine for Tata Motors for ACE - Zip and MAGIC - Iris ( 4 wheeler ) cargo vehicles on Pro E 4.0. Greaves Cotton Limited supplies engines and power train to Tata Ace Zip 600 cc / Magic Iris cargo 4 wheeler.
• Acted as concept developer, main drawing checker, and was assisted by team of CAD draftsmen.
• Done all major necessary calculations, stack tolerance calculations, Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
• Prepared Final BOM (Bill of material) for production stage & Engine Built manual for service requirement.
• Acted as main official for communication between Testing, Purchase, Vendor Deptt., Production and client TATA motors for ACE Zip Engine project.
• Worked on company Oracle based MAMS system (SAP type) for data related to Design change for why, where, which and when engine components are modified for Design failure Mode Effects Analysis and also for departmental discussions.
• Worked on release of all supplier drawings with necessary modifications in parts and drawings as per necessity for M/S Bosch, Continental, Atlas-Enkai, TVS, Mahale, Matchwell, Koel, Federal Mogul, Hi-Tech Aria for Fuel Injection pump, castings, fuel pump, breather assembly, pipes, oil seals and bearings.
• Created Required Documents & having in depth Quality knowledge of audit related activities viz, APQP, DFMAE, PPAP, Non Conformance, PFMEA, Poka yoke.
• Was Team Leader for client communication regarding design changes & prepared Specification sheet for TATA Ace Zip service centers across india.
