Ensure that Engineering deliverables are developed according to schedule, man/hours, equipment and materials budget as well as contractual specifications.
•Ensure timely reporting to Project Management and operational supervisor: follow up of activity, critical deviation of activities and/or potential risks.
•Coordinating with Engineering discipline for close-out of SHEAMS (Safety, Health & Environmental Actions Monitoring System) Actions.
•Create Project reports, letters, and process engineering documents through database management systems.
•Assist engineers in document preparation and timely issue of the documents to the client.
•Update client comments and recommendations in excel spreadsheets.
•Coordinating and follow-up with Engineering discipline for deliverable preparation from different engineering centers on the project for the portion of work assigned.
•Coordinating with Engineering discipline for requisitioning activities with procurement and construction.
•Ensures that vendor’s documents are approved commented and returned to vendors on time.
•Conducting regular meetings with Clients for obtaining approval on technical documents issued as part Project.
•Ensures that all disciplines under responsibility have all information and data to proceed with activities.

Responsible for fixing the backlog issues by providing a one-time fix.
•Working on critical issues to be fixed in hourly basis based on criticality.
•Supporting on-site calls with the onsite lead and clients.
•Handling weekly implementation calls.
•Database handling and purge entries based on request.
•Removing duplicate entries in database.
•Handling Knowledge transition sessions for clients.
•Prepare MOM for bi-weekly status calls.
•Daily testing of the proper working of the application and proper retrieval of data from database.
•Resolve the problems stacking the application either by restarting the database or the application and informing the clients regarding the issue faced.
•Regular database clean-up.
•Exception handling of various packages in database.
•Unit testing, peer testing and merging the codes and testing the application after build.
