Coordinate in the location the on-going and outgoing documents such as Annual Leave
and Emergency Leave.
• Schedule the staff for training and orientations required before deployment.
• Ensure all the staff have valid Food Handler Certificate and all the orientations before
deploying in the location.
• Making monthly Duty Roster for the all the staff.
• Making Invoice and Accrual for the monthly billing of the client to the company.
• Making Weekly Reports that includes the Exit, Total Shortage and Forecast.
• Serves as a focal point in all the information from the head office to be disseminated in the
location.
• Processing the Cash Advance, Petty Cash and Reimbursement procedure for the driver’s
daily trip.
• Coordination with the other locations on the cases for internal transfer of the staffs.
• Processing for required vehicles to be use in the operations.
• Processing all the purchase request for the materials required in the operation.
• Schedule training, seminars and appointments for the supervisors and managers.
• Maintain utmost discretion when dealing sensitive topics.
• Record, transcribe and distributed minutes of the meetings.
• Dealing with the Finance, Human Resource Department, Procurement and General
Service Department with the daily operational transactions
