Job summary:
Search for effective recruitment sources & communicate with recruitment agents
Engagement in resume selection & assessment in preparation for screening.
Assist the Manager in the screening process & inviting for group interviews.
Participate in recruits’ documentation assessment, conduct weekly
Corporate Induction presentations for all new starters
Supervise Offer letter confirmation with selected candidates & signing process, participate in general daily recruitment activities.
Providing full document & data support to Collection department.
Preparing all necessary paperwork as per department requests; preparing different type of reports for Collection; controlling funds allocation in the accounts system; constant data comparison between different data sources.
Providing qualified clients and leads for Sales and Telesales Department
Opening and closing venue stands/desks
Promoting company product to visitors in shopping complexes and hotels
Demonstrate benefits of Property ownership in Dubai and invite clients for exciting office tours.
Generate contact details of potential clients.
• Responsible for interacting and communicating with customers on phone or in person to determine and meet their merchandise requirements
• Responsible for cosmetic items, perfumes and accessories, making orders
• Responsible for providing excellent customer service by offering ideas on the selection of clothing and accessories
• Handle the tasks of coordinating with customer in selecting their wardrobe involving a wide range of patterns and colors
• Performed responsibilities of taking measurement of customer's waist, chests and arms to provide the exact size
• Responsible for responding to customer queries and informing them of the latest fashion releases
• Perform the tasks of entering name and phone numbers of potential customers for future reference
• Handle other essential tasks like merchandising, housekeeping and stocking, along with cleaning the store to make it appear in an appealing and presentable manner
• Handle the tasks of getting clothes and accessories for trial
• Responsible for providing knowledge of the fabrics and materials to customers
• Handle the tasks of preparing and maintaining sales record on a daily basis
• Participate in sales training's and programs to enhance sales skills and techniques
Preparing tables for meals, including the setup of silverware and glassware.
Greeting customers in a professional manner and providing education about the food and beverage menus, how menu items are prepared, the ingredients used and the different cooking methods.
Informing customers of daily specials.
Checking food and beverages for quality and presentation before serving to customer's
Serving food and beverage to customer's.
Receive customer payments and process transactions.
Clearing, cleaning tables and coffee shop area promptly according to proper sanitation standards.
