• Set & Monitor Quality objectives for various operational processes.
• Conducting regular inspections like GMPs, GWPs & GFPs in various areas of the operations to ensure Quality & Food safety.

• Leading regular FSMS & QMS internal audits and presenting the report to the management during Management review meeting
• Ensure full compliance with the standard during every external audits conducted for the organization
• Conducting regular training for the employees for GMPs, GWPs, GFPs & Food Safety & Hygiene.
• Updating the latest trends based on QMS, FSMS and Business opportunities and implementing as necessary
• Provide support for the local municipality inspection for the compliance of the regulations
• Preparing operational budget for the upcoming year for the quality department
• Accountable for leading, coaching and developing a team of 7 members to accomplish operational objectives
• Involved in identifying, diagnosing and resolving operational, manufacturing & quality issues within deadlines
