recommending permanent solutions to resolve them. Also responsible for
escalated cases from the first line team.
• Worked on Cisco, Alcatel and ADVA boxes to identify any configuration issues.
• Tools used are Remedy, Cramer, Cops/Mori, Net cool, Telnet relay.
• Follow Escalation Matrix for problem resolution as per defined SLA.
• Engaging with 2nd level and transmissions teams if needed.
