Executing payroll of 130+ employees on monthly basis and managing daily attendance, leaves, overtime & bonuses.
Developing HR policies, SOPs and strategies to ensure competitive smooth operations.
Developing and updating HR tools and software in coordination with technical team to keep it up-to-date and effectively operational i.e. HRIS, ERP modules, Inventory management system (HIMS), Pay slip Portals, Expenses & TA/DA claim portals etc.
Reporting and analysis of all HR & administrative functions to management to track & evaluate progress and design counter strategies.
Managing daily HR & Admin operations for 06 offices in 02 districts and leading a team of around 130 staff members.
