Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, and attending career and networking events.
• Handling End-to-end Full Recruitment Life Cycle as a Focal Point of Recruitment.
• Sourcing, Head Hunting, Screening, Telephonic / Face to Face Discussion to Finalize the CVs to Share with Departments for Shortlisting & Final Technical Interviews. Pre-screens applicants by studying job descriptions and job qualifications.
