Responsibilities:
New product/Launches
• Partner with product owners and Taxonomy Specialist in building new taxonomies for newly integrated products
and identify any specific tagging guidelines
• Train the triagers and mentors on new product features, taxonomy and any product specific tagging guidelines
• Clarify doubts with the product owners on new product launches/newly integrated products, product taxonomies
and tagging guidelines
• Identify new issues; escalate to support managers via filing bugs.
• Monitor any new issue themes and support end to end in creating new cluster to classify the issues.
• Maintain an up-to-date Taxonomy in terms of new tags and ensure that the Taxonomy is in line with the current
Taxonomy policies at all times
Quality Audits
• Clarify doubts and send feedback to team alias about low quality new or existing tags (with < 90% QC)
• Perform tag audit for close-the-loop (CTLs) based on requirements from product owners as per the bugs logged
by the product owners
• Perform ad-hoc tag clean ups/splits as recommended by the product partners
• Create Monthly questionnaire/quiz for mentors and provide corrective/preventive training
• Audit new tags created by Mentor for policy compliances (taxonomies, duplicates, typos, tag quality, type
attributes)
• Audit the reports triaged by mentors on a weekly basis and provide corrective/preventive feedback
• Support ad hoc experiments and audits as deemed fit by the Google PgMs or Site lead
Client engagement
• Provide an overview of our engagement model to partners
• Ensures that all aspects of our process (incl. reporting, policies) are understood and accepted
• Conduct a sync up (weekly) with PSM/PSS to exchange information and to gauge releases, spikes and
expectations
• Maintain an Up-to-date knowledge and training material of product area
• Proactively work and update the PSMs/PSS on every Action Item (AIs) and build a relationship
