Handling Recruitment for IT & Non IT at all level employees through out GCC Countries.
Head hunting for individual assignments.
Designing and implementing the overall recruitment strategy.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Monitoring and applying HR recruiting best practices.
Handling mass recruitment for Project wise based on requirement.
Posting Add in Newspapers & Various Job Portals
Screening Resumes based on Requirement.
Closely following up with resource partners to get appropriate profiles based on requirement.
Handling Preliminary interviews and screening candidates arranging for interviews & preparing reports on daily/weekly/monthly basis for recruitment.
Have a constant touch base with the candidates till they join
Constant follow up with departments heads to close the recruitment on stipulated time.
Using internal references, web portals and other strategies to source candidates for various requirements.
Negotiation with candidates on Notice period, Salary & Date of Joining.
Preparing Job description based on agreed job Profile.
On boarding new employees in order to become fully integrated.
Handling Inductions for New employees.
Verifying all original documents and collecting necessary documents from the employee for documentation.
Getting Employment contract signed by employee on the Date of joining.
Personal file maintenance for all staffing employees.
Processing Resignation of Resigned Employees.
Employee Exit formalities, Conducting Exit Interview Etc.
Processing performance appraisal on Annual basis as per management decision.
Mid Year review performance appraisal as per management decision.
Processing Promotions based on appraisals.
Preparing Job Description based on promotions based on Appraisals.
Initiated Employee engagement activities.
Handling Employees Medical Insurance.
Review, update and maintain proper filing such as employees’ medical insurance policies
Handling Payroll for Bahrain, Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia & Oman,
Performing daily payroll department operations
Managing workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
Updates payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job titles, and department/ division transfers.
Maintain employees’ leaves, medical and attendance record. Keeping track of employees’ attendance / absenteeism and report to Operations Manager.
Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, Etc.
Balances the payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies
Provides payroll information to auditors for audit purpose.
Maintains payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
To liaise with all divisions and departments, and provide assistance to management and staff on payroll related matters
Calculate and process all salary and wages increases (including backpay if required), leave entitlements, other adjustments and termination payments in accordance with statutory requirements
Prepare reports, correspondence and memorandums on current payroll issues
Ensuring that all employee payroll information and documentation and records are received, accurate and complete and maintained as required
Reconcile payroll general ledger accounts on a fortnightly basis and at year end. Provide effective liaison with management and employees regarding the calculation and payment of salaries and wages and all associated matters.
Preparing reports for upper management, finance department etc.
Salary Processing, OT, Reimbursement as per Company Policy.
Data entry of new joiners in system.
Handling employees data base
Handling Attendance Management
Implementing Mid Year Review & Performance Appraisal based on approved salary changes as approved by management.
Preparation of Leave Salary, Air Fare Reimbursement.
Full & Final Settlement & Indemnity. As per Labour Law.
Providing CTC details to management.
