Responsible for the maintenance of Gas Dehydration plant of capacity 260 MMscfd, associated liquid handling facility consisting of 3 Condensate oil storage tanks, 02 Condensate separation tanks and condensate transfer pumps, Power Generation sets of combined capacity 1.5 MW and Sour Gas Transmission Pipeline of Approx 65 Km, dual string and single string wells maintenance.
Preparation and implementation of annual maintenance plan for mechanical equipment installed at Gas Dehydration Plant (Stationary) and Power House (Rotary). Carried out reliability analysis of the equipment for implementing Preventive, Predictive & Proactive maintenance as per designed schedules.
Inspection of high pressure vessels and tanks as per API 510 & API 653 through third party inspectors.
Inspection of in service pipeline as per API 570 through third party inspectors.
Maintained ROL / ROQ for consumable spares to ensure adequate and timely availability in store for planned and breakdown maintenance work with shrinkage of inventory stock in order.
