• Planning and make strategies with Manager Operations for new activities.
• Good knowledge & good command on GMS (Goods Management System) physically stock taking to all Receiving, Return & Inter Store Transfer activities for the store.
• Managing stock movement on FIFO basis and Participate in Annual Stock Take.
• All Restaurant Maintenance & Renovation Issues plus day to day maintenance work Weekly & Monthly inventory, Daily ID & AC report and monthly P & L Meeting Report.
