Execute the Gas Engine based EPC Power Project, i.e; "Civil, Electrical and Mechanical"
Execution of Mechanical Piping of Gas Generator (GEJ Jenbacher) based power plant as per GEJ Jenbacher's specification. Model JMS 620 upto 3.3 MW.
Installation and placement of Electro Mechanical Equipment i.e. Gas Compressor, Gas tanks, Plate type Heat Exchanger, Centrifugal Pump for circulation of cooling water, Rectangular type reduce drop induce draft cooling towers, Gas supply system "Low and High Pressure" (Compensated Gas Street) and Exhaust Silencers etc.
Installation of piping 1/2" to 20" Dia. for Cooling water circulation, Fuel Gas System as well as Lube Oil system etc.
Installation of M.S Support Structure for cooling water system, Lube Oil Tanks, Lube Oil Supply and return System, Gas Filter-ration System with Bypass arrangement and Gas street platform,
Conduct the N.D.T, i.e, Radiography, Hydro-test etc.

1 Carrying out the selection of equipments necessary for installations of gas generators
2 Correspondence with Customers/Consultants for proper execution & completion of projects.
3 Looking after all the installation activities and trouble shooting of all technical, social and commercial problem arises.
4 Correspondence & coordination with suppliers / contractors for satisfactory workmanship & timely procurement & delivery of equipments.
5 Analyzing and designing Process & Instrumentation Diagrams
6 Preparing Power house designs and layout as per GE Jenbacher standards
7 Floating inquiries, making comparative statements and technical clarification from GE Jenbacher, obtaining financial approval from management.
8 Selection of Instruments such as Cooling Tower, Pump, Pipes and Ventilation Fans.
I worked at Orient Textile Mills as a Utility Shift Incharge.
In this duration My job responsibilities were to look after/ supervise uninterrupted supply of Electricity by Gas Generator, Smooth operation of Air Compressor, W.H.R Boiler and H.W.F Chillers as well as preventive and corrective maintenance in Utility department .
The GPA is 3.0,
I had completed My D.A.E in Mechanical Technology with 70.05 % Marks, in the year of 2003.
