Carry out all MIS related tasks for the Operational units within the agreed timescales and to a high accuracy.
•Collect /extract data to publish daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports, Dashboards and analysis.
•Produce time sensitive information and provide actionable data that will assist Senior Management in planning and managing the core functions of the business including resourcing, staffing and client on-boarding.
•Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.
•Coordinate with Branch and Sales Team for reconciliation.
•Random Validation checks for the Direct sales/ Branch incentives before pay out.
