● Overseeing the supply chain strategy including sourcing, production, storage and distribution of food products with different temperature requirements i.e. -18°C, 0°C to +5°C & room temperature.
● Maintaining the relationship with suppliers and ensuring timely flow of import shipments to distribution centers.
● Managing the flow of goods from distribution centers to the customers ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries while maintaining the required temperature throughout.
● Optimizing inventory levels while minimizing costs & waste and ensuring product availability.
● Optimizing warehouse operations to ensure effective storage, handling & distribution of products.
● Managing the inventory of 3 cold stores ensuring food handling safety guidelines are followed.
● Managing and negotiating with 3PL providers for cost effectiveness and smooth operations.
● Managing local procurement of goods, services and consumables for production.

● Managing and leading the warehouse team for handling local, cross dock, foreign shipments arriving to warehouse, efficient storage and distribution/ delivery of goods from warehouse to the retail stores.
● Responsible for running luxury retail warehouse operation efficiently handling approx. 10000 SKU’s.
● Preparing monthly stock receipt/ issue report (stock handling charges) and submitting to finance department for invoicing to clients.
● Planning and conducting stock counts to maintain accuracy in inventory levels and keeping warehouse organized & efficient, maximize space usage within the warehouse by identifying less occupied space.
● Responsible for preparing warehouse budget by forecasting revenues, expenses and contingencies.
● Maintaining outbound orders fill rate regularly above 99% by conducting regular cycle counts, identifying & resolving discrepancies and finalizing the reconciliation.
● Managing Service Level Agreement with brand owners for stock storage in warehouse.
● Negotiating & procuring services, products and equipment’s from suppliers’/ service providers.

• Handling 3PL warehouse operation (client: Henkel Arabia), containers arriving from production plant, dispatching foreign/ cross-border shipments and deliveries to the local markets & co-packing facility.
• Supervise and support all the LFS/WMS system related issue in warehouse in collaboration with IT Dept.
• Implementing and following a control system to reduce damages, and inventory misuse.
• Maintaining accurate inventory levels, plan and conduct stock count and upkeep of warehouse.
• Coordinating with client for daily delivery plan to arrange picking and staging of orders for dispatching.
• Tracking the daily stock movement through WMS system (Storage, Handling-In, Handling-Out) for issuing monthly invoices to client for payment.
• Dealing with local suppliers for Manpower and procurement of warehouse equipment’s & stationery.

● Providing support in Infor WMS in all the inbound/outbound activities happening in warehouses.
● Supervise and support all the system related issue in warehouse in collaboration with IT Department.
● Providing training to Warehouse staff to use WMS functions and Radio Frequency (RF) scanners.
● Maintaining accurate inventory levels for both Food and Non-Food warehouses by conducting cycle counts, classification/ labelling of inventory items and reporting discrepancies to Warehouse Manager.
● Implementing and following a control system to reduce damages and obsolete inventory.
● Ensure classification/labeling of inventory items and maintain store organized and efficient.
● Communicate & resolve inventory related issues with BM's, procurement & asset management teams.

• Achieve set sales targets, maintaining customer service level and addressing their grievances.
• Maintaining the registers and daily reports for daily section stock count.
• Planning and implementing Visual Merchandising of brand and section season wise.
• Helping trainees and associates in handling customers and various aspects of retails.
