Through my coursework I have been involved with academic work such as

I have gotten the working opportunity on various types of planning projects through Collaboration Programme with USA universities like University of South California and Virginia Commonwealth University, and Ball State University.

I have experience working with ArcGIS 9.3, MS Office, Photoshop, AutoCAD (Basic) and Statistical tool SPSS software etc.

In all the above projects, i performed variety of tasks such as Land use survey, preparation of land use map/ base map, land suitability, Transportation survey and analysis, GIS mapping, data analysis, area calculation, physical planning, infrastructure analysis and preparation of detailed project reports.

M. Plan Thesis - Impact of infrastructure Development on Built Environment: A Case Study of Jaipur City. According the norms of the University three subjective papers must to pass in M. Phil. programme which are as follows- 1. Contemporary Trends and Research Methods in Geography. 2. Urban and Transport Analysis in Geography. 3. Resource and Development Analysis in Geography. And along with mentioned above papers must to submit a research work (Dissertation) on related discipline as a fourth paper to complete this course. The outline of the entitled dissertation is given below: “Socioeconomic and Educational Status of Muslims of Urban Area” (Geographical Analysis: A Case Study of Udaipur City) RATIONAL The trust of the research work is to understand why the Muslim community is socioeconomically and educationally backward, to analyze the development strategies and to prepare action plans for enhancement, integration and development of the community and their cohesive integration in the national building. METHODOLOGY: an appropriate combination of both quantitative, qualitative methods and cartographical techniques were applied to find a better understanding of the problem. Therefore samples were selected by multistage stratified sampling method. The Udaipur city has approximated 10,500 households out of which 4.75% household (500) were selected by purposive quota sampling in all. OBJECTIVES: a. To examine the spatial distribution of Muslim population in the case study cities. b. To study socioeconomic conditions of Muslims in the case study cities. c. To analyze the relation between educational achievements and socioeconomic conditions among the Muslims. d. To evaluate inter community and intra community variations in the status and development of people in the study regions. e. To critically examine developmental policies for Muslims & their effect and to evolve policy suggestion for equitable development of the Muslim community.
