Responsible for CNC department (Punch, Bending Press and Shear machines)
Review of design/shop drawings (IFR/External); create Bill Of Materials (BOM); issue for fabrication
(either internally or external) and do our preventive actions.
Create and initiate our quarter master plane, weekly production schedule, review and discuss daily
productivity and make reports to factory manager.
Develops manufacturing process by designing and modifying equipment (existing/new) for
fabricating, assembling, and installing components.
Prepares weekly/monthly fabrication reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information
and trends.
Keeps tools and equipment at optimum operational level by coordinating maintenance and repair
services; following manufacturer’s instructions.
Provides engineering information by answering questions and requests related to different Egyptian
and international codes and common fabrication practices.
