Responsible for overseeing the recruitment team's day-to-day operations, managing recruiters, and ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent. Develop recruitment strategies, collaborate with senior management to understand hiring needs, and maintain relationships with hiring managers. Also focus on process improvement, compliance, and enhancing the candidate experience, ensuring efficient and effective recruitment and onboarding processes within the organization.
Responsible for sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates for job openings within an organization. Use various methods to attract potential candidates, conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and match candidates with suitable positions. Additionally, assist in developing job descriptions, maintaining applicant databases, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Identify and recommend the best candidates to meet the organization's hiring needs
Working within Recruitment team to support the recruitment process:
• Sourcing candidates through various online channels
• Reviewing candidate applications
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews
• Conducting the candidate hiring process
• Producing regular reports as required
Accountable for proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities for a sales cluster:
- Responsible for account management and acquisition on special corporate segment.
- Handles numerous accounts and the distribution channels for those accounts.
- Ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery.
- Assists in leading all day-to-day activities related to sales with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives.
Responsible for all administration, and Human Resource/Personnel functions:
• Facilities management
• Liaison to association attorney for legal aspects of association administration
• Staff and member travel
• Confidential records of the association
• Development of corporate policies and procedures and oversee implementation of same
• Salary administration and benefit programs
• Payroll
• Personnel records/documentation
Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the department. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication:
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Provide general support to visitors
• Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
• Resolve administrative problems
