- Streamline and unify processes throughout Purchasing, SC and BD functions for each of the Group’s companies in each market.
- Create a harmonized and strategic approach to BD activities, private brand development and supplier relations.

- Look for synergies and cost-reduction windows in cross-border selling, product bundling and shipping.
- Create heavier leverage with suppliers when representing multiple markets.
- Building regional level of market intelligence and pricing data.
- Create a centralized approach to inventory management, replenishment, stock classification and handling of slow and dead stocks across the Group.
- Improve product availability and work with Sales in each market to develop new sales channels and provide the necessary products in an accurate and timely manner.
- Improve internal cataloguing of parts to reduce errors, waste and lost sales.
- Review inputs/outputs of Group ERP system for maximum utilization and efficiency.
- Address and react to opportunities coming from membership of Temot and MEGAP trade alliances which necessitates having a single central representation from the member’s side.

Autostar is among the top 3 largest ACDelco parts and battery distributors in the MENA region and offers a complete portfolio of vehicle fluids, lubricants and car care products.
- Accessories & Window Tinting: Selling and installing A/V and other internal and external vehicle accessories in addition to installing window tint and PPF.
- Diesel Service Centers: Through a network of authorized Delphi and Denso diesel service centers Autostar provides maintenance and parts for all diesel vehicles from light to heavy in addition to construction machinery and stationary engines.

been in the automotive aftermarket business since 1937. While HQ is based in Jordan NASCO established

through full-scale operations in the UAE, Egypt, Lebanon, Iraq, Palestine and Ghana.
NASCO consists of four independent divisions: Spare Parts, Tires, Lubricants & Additives, and Batteries.
As GM of the Parts Division I reported directly to the Group COO and was ultimately responsible for sales, overall performance and development of the division's operations across all markets.
The Parts Division offered the most comprehensive automotive solutions through a complete line-up of all major vehicle parts groups traded in the aftermarket for all vehicle makes from PC to HCV whether from Europe, Japan, Korea or North America.

Duties & Responsibilities

Reporting directly to NEXUS BOD the Sourcing Committee acts as a steering committee directing the collective activities of members, handling member issues, setting operational and strategic directions of member business volumes in relation to NEXUS supplier base.

This 6-person committee was assembled from the operational decision makers from the largest founding members. It convenes once every quarter to discuss supplier tendering, private label development, member cooperation, overall business direction, member challenges, identifying opportunities, creating synergies among members, holding different technical and commercial events, collaborating with suppliers and monitoring and implementing stipulated objectives.
