PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Balance Work Of Short Term Plan (PKG-1)
The Project comprised of following
1. Bridge: Single span 33 Meters long having eight precast-post tensioned Girders.
2. Road: 2.2 Km long road over an embankment including DCC's, Sewerage crossing and Utility Culverts
3. Electrification of Campsite Complex: 1.5 MW power house, including construction of Power House, Installation and commissioning of DG Sets and switch Gears, underground cabling of campsite complex and maintenance.
Responsibilities include: ➢ Ensure that the project works are carried out in accordance with the Clients policies and project quality plan.
➢ Ensure that Consultant/Client inspection request are implemented.
➢ Ensure the full compliance of sub-contractors with the requirements of the project quality plan.
➢ Compilation of all necessary checklists.
➢ Ensure the works are carried out according to the CA, specifications, quality plan, approved procedure and approved shop drawings.
