Acting as an office manager, reporting to the Group CHRO; Responsible for
managing communication tunnels with HR representatives in Arabtec
Subsidiaries and Branches in other countries, and translate them whenever
needed.
Coordinating team efforts in all HR divisions where I was involved in HR
activities and projects such as Employee Relation matters (Business Partner)
where I was in charge conducting written/verbal translation during the one to
one meetings with staff and in the written report provided to management
after each case.
Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures;
controlling correspondence; translating documents form English to Arabic vise
versa, designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions;
assigning and monitoring office functions.
Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems,
layouts, and equipment procurement.
Design and implement office standards and procedures; measuring results
against standards; making necessary adjustments.
Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees;
following up on work results.
Keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports;
summarizing information; identifying trends in addition to translating English -
Arabic correspondences.
Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining
employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
