1. Scope OF Work
1. Preparing tenders for clients and commercial bids to help bring in new business 2. Developing and
presenting project proposals
3. Meeting with clients to find out their requirements 4. Producing plans and estimating budgets and
timescales
Discussing, drafting, reviewing and negotiating the terms of business contracts
Agreeing budgets and timescales with the clients 7. Managing construction schedules and budgets

financial staff, subcontractors, legal teams and the clients own representatives 14. Overseeing
invoicing at the end of a project

• provide professional direction, support and advice as the site representative for all maters related
to construction quality assurance of mechanical works. Compliance and Procedures
Management
◦ Monitor the mechanicals works for conformance with the provisions of the Contract Documents
and the Procedures manual.
◦ Review, approve and process all mechanical technical submitals.
◦ Coordinate and supervise the work of all mechanical activities and operations and MEP works
◦ Receive / action Request(s) for Information (RFIs) that apply to mechanical works. RFIs requiring
design feedback will be directed to the Designer for response. Review responses for adequacy.
◦ Review Contractors mechanical change order proposals.
◦ Prepare recommendations for Resident Engineer/ Design Team Leader for review.- If warranted, assist in
negotiations with contractors regarding changes in contract value or project duration.
◦ Review contractors claims related to mechanical works.
◦ Prepare recommendations for claims approval or rejection.
◦ Assist in negotiations with contractors regarding the value of claims or changes in schedules.
◦ Approve the Contractors as-built drawings and O&M manual submitals.
◦ Liaise with local authorities and ministerial agencies having jurisdiction over the project.

• Participating in meetings of projects linked to the equipment selection of each.
Consulting with construction & maintenance department for considering their Points of
view in their equipments requirement.
• Recruits, selects, supervises and evaluates technical and maintenance staff.

works in the projects.

• Responsible for managing the loading of vehicles, completed stock and load bay areas.

For its client in petroleum sector inside & outside Egypt such as ( Petrobel, saipem, Aramco,
, Technint, Khalda, GASCO, Sumaid, Bapetco, summed, GUPCO, petrofac, ...)
That my responsibility is to:QA activates; o Prepare the Management Review meeting Agenda
for the projects (offshore & onshore) which shall include a list of standard issues for discussion
at each review. The Standard agenda shall include:
• All non conformances, or opportunity for improvement, from Management review, internal audits,
analysis of data, quality policy and objectives, corrective and preventive actions, are identified,
recorded, analyzed and progressed in a timely and effective manner.
◦ Customer complaints are handled with very quick response
◦ Measurements of customer satisfactions are analyzed and the company takes the
necessary actions to improve the level of customer satisfaction.
◦ Communication with the customer is clearly identified and defined.
