1. Dstrip.ae is an online web portal targeted to UAE market where users can know whereabouts of Cinema, Music and sports industry in UAE. Users can read stories and watch videos and can share their views and
comments with everyone.
The entire platform along with the CMS to manage content on the website was developed from scratch on CakePHP framework.
My Responsibilities:
- Complete development of the platform on Cakephp framework and Mysql database.
- Complete User Interface using HTML, CSS, Javascript, Bootstrap, LESS.
- Setting up Server, Network and hosting Environment.
- Integration of different APIs based on their use. examples(Google maps, Sendgrid, etc.)
- Increasing user traffic by constantly focusing on SEO friendly practices and working in sync with webmaster tools.
2. Kismet.ae is another project under Dstrip. It's an online prediction game built on MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express Framework, AngularJS, NodeJS). A realtime game where users can predict the outcome of Live Matches and collect points, the game is implemented for different sports like Cricket, Football, Horse Racing, etc.
My Responsibilities:
- Complete development of the platform on MEAN STACK.
- Complete User Interface using HTML, CSS, Javascript, Bootstrap, LESS, AngularJS.
- Setting up Server, Network and hosting Environment.
- Integration of different APIs based on their use. examples(Google maps, Sendgrid, etc.)
- Using Socket.io for realtime updates without page refresh.
Yalla!Spree is U.A.E's digital shopping directory and only social Network for shopping crafted for #shopaholics to create a dedicated shopping focused network. Platform provides a user interface where a consumer and a retailer can communicate. YallaSpree is a platform where it lists all the shops around you and all over UAE and a user can search for any of the product, brand or outlet around them. Users can rate and review stores according to their shopping experiences and have all the news and latest trend on shopping and fashion. It provides all the sale and offers running around you, and in this way users never miss out on any of the offers and discounts going around them. Platform displays shopping feed which keeps users updated on each and every shopping trend.
My Responsibilities:
- Complete development of the platform on Cakephp framework and Mysql database.
- Complete User Interface using HTML, CSS, Javascript, Bootstrap, LESS and currently working on angularJs.
- Setting up Server, Network and hosting Environment.
- Developing webservices REST APIs for android and IOS applications.
- Integration of different APIs based on their use. examples(Google maps, Sendgrid, etc.)
- Increasing user traffic by constantly focusing on SEO friendly practices and working in sync with webmaster tools.
- Currently working with team of developers to improve and adding new features on Web and mobile applications.
