Developing the sales strategy for the company in line with company objectives. Identify and drive the positioning opportunities like brand position and competitive position. Coordinate the marketing plan and lead its implementation by setting and achieving the positioning and visitation goals within existing business and financial frames. Deliver and lead the commercial and business action plan; taking input from the team to ensure the department supports the achievement of the agreed goals, maximizes sales and generates sustained long-term profitability. Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results. Follow up on my financial goals, KPIs and costs, and take action on deviations. Motivate and develop team members by agreeing clear goals, expectations and conducting follow up. Assess with my team the clients need and provide best suitable solutions Provide legal advice on issues related to the applications Maintain strong working relationships with the clients, agents, authorities, governmental and international bodies. Planning and implementing promotional campaigns to achieve sales growth Support and assist other sales team members in converting leads into sales opportunities in order to achieve the overall goals of the company. Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications and coordinate with sales team on leads generation Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of sales objectives. Prepare weekly analysis of KPI’s, lead generation campaigns, other media platforms performance and present recommendations. Perform other duties as assigned by the management
