Work as a project manager at Curl Stone Studios and covering the below tasks:
-Manage all Curl Stone current projects
-Do project plans, charts, and schedule
-Manage all external and internal stakeholder
Make sure all projects are within the timeline and no delay is happening
-Manage the project coordinators and make sure they are doing all their tasks and optimizing the resources
-Prepare periodically reports and submit them to upper management

Working with the strategy department as a business analyst for all the issues related to the company. Also i am responsible for mapping all the As-Is processes of MarkaVIP, doing the To-Be processes, and implementing them. Moreover, i work on the analysis for the future plans for the company in terms of planning, merchandising, sourcing, and development. Also i am responsible of providing the IT requirements for internal projects.

- Functional specialist for Oracle ERP modules (WMS & OM)
- Understand the business requirements and transfer them to the technical team after analyzing them.
- Study the current business processes and figure out enhancements and optimizations (Operational & system)
- Follow up on daily operational issues and fixes
- Ensure that business is running operationally smooth with no obstacles
- Help in planning for future operations projects and the business and operational benefits out of them.
- Implementation of new projects in terms of training, change management, and adoption
- Post implementation activities to ensure that people are working as planned.

Working with the enterprise solutions department as a Business Process Management (BPM) senior analyst. Being responsible of all the business process and functional requirements related to the logistics, shipping, call center, and other departments in the company in order to ensure optimizing processes and fully utilization and usage of the ERP.

During the period i spent with ProServ i worked working as a Jr. Business Process Management consultant, as my main duties are to do process maps. Process re-engineering, simulation, cause and effect diagrams, and lean value stream maps.

I was a member in the quality assurance team where we used to
produce weekly reports to the higher management measuring the
performance of the employees during the ended week. Also I
worked for three weeks on a facility planning projects for their
warehouse to come up with a new facility plan for the promotion
production line.

During my part-time job at aramex, I was responsible of following up on all the outstanding shipments for team express Europe. That was by receiving weekly reports from the quality department and doing the needed analysis on them.
