(Standard Soln, ppm Soln, ppb Soln Molar Soln, Normal Soln, Buffer solution, Reagent Soln, Indicators & their standardization involving classical chemical methods, titrimetric and gravimetric in Accordance with laboratory’s Operating Procedures, Polices and the principals of good control laboratory practice.

Utilities Analysis:
(Soft water, Cooling Water, Chilled Water, R.O.Water, Demi Water, Boiler Water, Natural water, Tab water) online production and finished products analysis to identify the water nature and source to predict corrositivity, scaling tendency and incompatibility with other waters, density, pH, alkalinity, sulphite, TDS, resistively and cations to identify the type of water and its source to predict scaling tendency.

Principal Accountabilities (duties) Performed:
1-To perform a variety of quantitative and qualitative laboratory tests and analysis of gas, hydrocarbon, chemicals, water and various other substances, in accordance with established testing methods and instructions.
2-Having knowledge of investigative studies, commissioning of new facilities, troubleshooting and innovative approaches to problem solving.
3-Ensuring that all products are properly identified, segregated and dis-positioned as per documented procedure.
4-To obtain process and utility unit samples in conformance with Company, HSE and International Standards and practices.
5-To promptly report and investigate any deviations from expected results or documented procedures.
13-Knowledge and experience of gas & oil separation operations (GOSP's), oilfield chemicals usage.
7-To take responsibility and support for deliver training and assessment in support of junior staff development.
8-To assist with investigations into abnormal test performance or manufacturing abnormalities, providing input to such working groups as necessary.
9-To analyze, compute and record sample test data and results, using computer controlled laboratory apparatus and instruments in conjunction with the integrated LIMS automatic data transfer system.
10-Use of Computerized Laboratory Information System (LIMS) and Business Object reporting software.
12-To comply with all relevant Material safety Data Sheet (MSDS) regulations, in the performance of all activities.
