Responsibilities:
• Documentation and Employees’ File Management
• Letters composition and job advertisement on career portals
• To manage manual leaves and attendance system SARP (System Analysis and Resource Planning) in the Mills along with computerized manual file system.
• To assist with Sr.Executive (HR/Payroll) in the settlement of payroll process (Salary, Overtime, Compensations and Benefits etc.)Update and regulate JD's of all employees
• To plan and draft job description of employees with coordination of concerned Head of departments as required.
• To regulate and formulate policies and procedures according to the current culture and environment
• To organize official reports on need basis Implement HR manual document in the Mills
• To maintain employees' gratuities and leave encasements
• To administer and supervise Mills' transport, canteen/guest house and welfare affairs.
· To supervise Time Keeping and manual attendance
To keep file records and data of all employees, design and draft new job descriptions and code of ethics
· Data entry that contains new appointments and attendance record
· To carry out references check of new hiring
· To deal employees' (EOBI, medical, insurance and education facilities)
· To regular maintain the Leave records, Medical Claims, EOBI
· To dispatch and receipt Mill's office letters
· In the Mills Initiation of exit interview practices.
• Handling customer complaints over telephone
• To promote PTCL brands and services.
• To provide best possible solutions regarding their issues.
• To maintain customers record in computer database.
• To organize and manage files of employees
• Inspection and review of employees' documents and records
• Maintain record of unsolicited CVs and mails of job required personnel.
• To screen and select best candidates among pool of unsolicited CVs and job applications.
• To follow up and execute reference checks of new hires.
• Inspection of leave records of employees
• To maintain all site data and records.
• To search relevant tenders and to apply for it.
• To participate as a company representative in tender's exhibition and to highlight their minutes.
• To prepare expenditures report on monthly basis and perform office routine works
Master in human resource management from preston university with 4 GPA.
Having completed Bachelor of Business Administration and Information Technology with 75% Marks
