- Handling the Middle East & North Africa distributor - Technical / Non-technical After sales Training and Service Operations
- Assists in the development, implementation and administration of programs and standards designed to enhance the image of the Dealer network
- Coordinates the yearly business plan process for the distributor and monitors it on a monthly basis

- Authorized Instructor for Hino Service Advisor and Eco & Safety Drive
- Other special assignments and duties of a general or unspecified nature as may be required to achieve the overall effectiveness of the Distributor Development

- Identify customer needs & wants. Meeting customer needs - To know about the product and to achieve sales budget for Parts and Service - Endeavor to achieve gross profit % target - Delivering technical information about the latest upgrades to the customer - In-house training to technicians and Workshop staff - Building trust and relationship with customer and offers them solution for their needs - Explaining advantages of using Genuine Parts and Services to customer - After-sales Marketing and selling service contracts - Achieving maximum seasonal campaign ratios - Provide Technical Support to the workshops and customers - Monitor, review and implement occupational health and safety, operational standards, warranty processes, technical support training activities. - Support all sites with training in relation to technical support in terms of campaigns, service schedules and equipment audits - Conduct ongoing site visits in relation to training needs analysis - Ensure the successful implementation of technical training, ‘right first time’ activities, parts and distributor fundamentals training activities - ISO Certification in charge - Capable of using ERP / SAP softwares

- Working as a PSSR (Parts and service sales representative) for Renault and UD trucks
My main responsibilities were to:
•Welcome the clients into the service station and inquire about the troubles they are facing with their Automobiles
•Analyze the extent of damage the vehicle has suffered
•Work with the service department and body shop to ensure that vehicles are reconditioned as expected and on schedule
•Interact with customers on a daily basis to provide problem resolution and estimate cost of vehicle repairs
•Schedule repair and maintenance appointments
