Currently I am working as instrument maintenance technician in isocyanates CHEM1 CHEM2 PMDI PMDA TDA TDI ANILINE ISS for maintenance jobs preventive maintenance corrective maintenance and troubleshooting rectifying of instrument and control system using advance tools and world’s latest instrument devices and systems. SADARA petrochemical is world latest and unique plant in Middle East. I have vendor based training to perform best as maintenance technician and team leader with company equipped advanced diagnostic software from different vendors.

• Preventive maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting and shut down maintenance activities on Measuring and Control Devices from field to system.
• During commissioning Loop Testing, Process Loop Identification, Interlock checks, Functional Testing Troubleshooting of Unexplained Loops.
• Perform routine, preventive, corrective and troubleshooting maintenance activities and checks on all instrument equipment systems.
• Troubleshoots, identifies, isolates, repairs instrument component failures, and returns system to normal operation with due regard to minimization of equipment down time.
• Removes, dismantles, overhauls/repairs and installs electric, pneumatic, electronic or hydraulic control system such as control valves and actuators, recorders, measuring and recording instruments in the field or in the workshop.
• Participates and contributes in development and implementation of corrective actions to improve reliability of Instrumentation and control system, in coordination with other departments and personnel.
• Performs modification of instrument and electronic equipment’s as per the change requests and updates all related drawings to reflect the actual changes.
• Responds to emergency call outs, identifies and repairs the faulty equipment to ensure equipment is returned to normal service.
• Provide assistance to the maintenance planner with scheduling and planning maintenance tasks.
• Update and maintain current electronic and electrical schematics, wiring and instrumentation diagrams, technical manuals and piping and instrumentation diagrams.
• Install new plant equipment and maintain the existing practices.
• Examine the accuracy of pressure gauges, flow meters, temperature indicators, Level meters and other indicating, recording and controlling instruments to find out defective components in the system.
• Reassemble and replace instruments in a system with the help of hand tools.
• Eliminate defective equipment from the system, disassemble, decontaminate and clean instruments; replace damaged parts and defective tubing with wiring with various tools.
• Keep track of a variety of manual and automated logs, files and records; carry out variety of indexing, filing, record keeping and other general clerical tasks. Assist in ensuring that correct parts are ordered.
• Execution of job according to Standards of the company.
Additional responsibility to mentoring the new comers.

Monitor all kinds of maintenance, installation, repair and calibration works.also lead the team well as requirements, and give instruction to my team and motivate the whole.answerable to the E&I manager.
Erection work responsibilities.
Erection of FAP, SNP & CSP Plants. Installation of all kinds of Instruments including Electronic and Pneumatic. Transmitters of Flow, Level, pressure and+ temperature. DP Transmitters, Magnetic Flow Meters, PH Transmitters, Level switches control valves, petitioners, Indicators, Pressure Gauges, Pressure & Vibro switches, Rota meters, recorders, SOV, I/P Converter, RTD, Thermocouples, Controllers(Honeywell, Yokogawa) & control panels. Laying and termination of instrument & system cables.
