laptops and peripherals for all devices
Providing end user support.
Create and Manage IDs in Active Directory
Monitor all the devices in Call Centre and provide instant support for
resolution
Live and recorded call monitoring
Installation and configuration of Call Centre softwares such as Avaya, C
Zentrix with customized patches and requirements
Supporting incidents via Ticketing system on ITSM portal
Access control management
Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues
to appropriate internal team
Desktop support to end users
Formatting and Installing Operating system on Laptops and Desktops
Suggesting hardware upgrade to PC and Assembling new systems
Configuring Network Printer & shared Folders
Creating user account in O-365 & POP3 Outlook 2019/2021
Installations of clients Windows OS & Windows 10, Windows 11,
Arranging new user accounts, password, email inboxes and other services
needed by employees
Provides one-on-one end-user problem resolution over the phone and in
person.
Delivers, tags, set ups, and assists in the configuration of end-user PC
desktop hardware, software and peripherals.
Trained end-users by means of verbal personal instruction and specially
designed documentation.
Installation of Printers and external equipment and troubleshooting of
issues.
Maintained close collaboration with vendors to ensure timely support
whenever necessary.
