Duties & Responsibilities: Reporting to Operation Manager and PM, Tajamal is responsible for the following:
Prepare Baseline Programs using scheduling software Primavera P6.15.2 in line with project management and planning tool and techniques.
• Prepare Progress S Curves, manpower histograms and cash flows.
• Prepare monthly and weekly Dashboards and progress reports.
• Preparation of weekly and monthly look ahead programs and discuss with project team;
• Prepare delay and time impacted programs, extension of time (EOT), strongly analyze the critical path behavior in a project with the help of true project sequence and project management application.
• Record the planned and actual progress on weekly basis and discuss the variance.
• Prepare Earned value (EVA) analysis report to focus on the real progress on site.
• Prepare EOT requests and delay analysis reports with the help of Time Impact Analysis and Windows Analysis methods.
• Analyze the project resources and leveling according to resource availability and concentrated area.
• Assess and claim the different type of delays with the help of FIDIC form of contract and accordingly responded.
• Attend Progress control meetings with client, Project Management Consultancy and other stakeholders on regular basis.
• Analyze the subcontractors programs, weekly and monthly reports and provide them recommendations.
• Focused on critical path analysis, the total float and logical sequencing and provide recommendations in order to avoid overall delay in the project.
• Prepare weekly and monthly target programmes for the site team and offsite team and regulate them.
• Review and monitor Contractor’s construction schedules and work progress to ensure that submittals, approvals, procurement and construction activities are on schedule as planned.
• Production of monthly progress reports monitoring progress against the agreed project program and the financial status of the respective sub-contracts. .
• Assist the assigned project manager in tracking the project against its schedule, budget and against phase review objectives.
• Assist the assigned project manager to develop and implement recovery plans for off-schedule and unanticipated eventualities.
• Formulating reports concerning such areas as work progress, costs, and scheduling.
• Preparing and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports based on Cash Flows

• Study and understand fully all the Specification/ Drawings and Document
• Provide Details to draftsmen for Shop Drawings and review the Shop Drawings for accuracy/compliance to contract requirements prior to submission for approval.
• Prepare and Submit work notifications to Consultant/Engineer for all new activities on Project.
• Monitor Site progress and provide technical support to Project Team.
• Ensure QA procedures/checklists are being carried out and ensure quality in Site Works
• Prepare and Plan labor and equipments allocation.
• Review/prepare daily orders for asphalt/wet mix/concrete etc.
• Ensure all types of test such as F.D.T and concrete cubes are as per specification.
• Liaise with Client / Consultant to resolve any technical issues.
