Role & Responsibilities:
• Managing the site activities of 132 /11kV Substation Projects at various stages of the execution.
• Coordinating for Material quantification, procurement, design approvals, timely submission of design documents, vendor coordination etc. to accelerate overall project activities.
• Plan / arrange all the necessary resources such as subcontractors / manpower, materials etc. to complete the project as per the Schedule.
• Studying all construction drawings / documents and its updates in terms of construction methodologies in coordination with other disciplines /contractors / subcontractors prior to construction and to give proper extensive explanation to the team of work.
• Managing simultaneous work group with all aspects of tasks development; follow-up task progress and time schedule for the projects.
• Studying the construction schedule and review them continuously to assure working within the limit.
• Ensuring the execution of high-quality control measures on all aspects of construction.
• Installation & Commissioning of 33/11kv outdoor Substations.

• Supply & Installation of 8nos 132/11kV Substations of MEW under
Package 4737, Kuwait. 8 no’s GIS SUBSTAION.

Achievements:-
• Achieve all the milestone of erection and complete the invoicing on target Dates.
• Energize the 7nos 132/11kV Substations of MEW under
Package 4433, Kuwait. 7 no’s GIS SUBSTAION On target dates. Before
Completion of contract period .
• Complete the TOAC and FAC of the 7nos 132/11kV Substations of MEW under Package 4433, Kuwait. 7 no’s GIS SUBSTAION within 3-4 month by Leading civil- electrical and FF team.
• Complete the FAC of 8nos 132/11kV Substations of MEW under Package 4737, Kuwait. 8 no’s GIS SUBSTAION as per schedule given by MEW (Client) with shutdown jobs.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Planning the erection schedule and solve Constraints by Coordinating with customer (MEW), Subcontractor, supplier, and internal department for to complete the erection within the target dates without any extra cost implementation.
• Erection of all electrical equipment power transformers, Installation of 132 KV Gas insulated switchgear, 11KV Switchboard, LT panels, Battery & charger, 132KV and 11kv HT & LT Cables etc.
• Preparation of Baseline Schedules/Construction schedules/ recovery schedule up to handing over in line with contractual milestones.
• Establish project time schedule in close coordination with Client.
• Supervise, monitor and control site construction works to ensure compliance to contractual requirements.
• Review and approved technical and material submittals.
• Witness of pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate for the required outages.
• Conduct periodic progress meetings to ensure project progress in line with established schedule and within the project budget.
• Progress reporting through monthly progress reports highlighting work accomplished during reporting periodic, look-ahead, issues/ bottlenecks including recommendations,
• Review Contractor’s QA/QC documentation and procedures, including inspection and testing schedules and the results of works tests.
• Review and Submission of JMC and Invoices.
• Close coordination with Client and Contractor including periodic audits, review meetings to ensure strict compliance to HSEQ requirements
• Attending the meeting with MEW and contractors for projects status, Energization meeting, getting approvals, and issues.
• Review and submit the as built Drawings and Schemes for the above projects as per the site Modifications.
• Follow up with the testing and commissioning activities to, provide the front to the testing as per schedule and completed the testing activity beforetime
