• Filtering & selecting the suitable candidates as per the minimum requirements.
• Make the necessary arrangements for the interview and inform the Recruitment Committee.
• Complete the recruitment formalities.
• Prepare the offer and the contract.
• Adding the new employee information in the system.
• Arrange an orientation for the new employee,
• Participating in Abu Dhabi Recruitment Exhibition.
• Answers employee questions regarding personnel policies, procedures and benefits; researches and disseminates topical or timely information to managers and/or employees on personnel issues.
• Coordinates and assists with employee recruitment, hiring, orientation and training; determines employee classifications and ensures completion of all appropriate paperwork for new employees.
• Coordinates and participates in completion of terminations and exit interviews.
• Performs other related duties as required or as assigned.
- Perform Employee Relations day-to-day activities.
- Update all employee's files and records.
- Coordinate with payroll to pay entitlements & benefits for new employees.
- Make the adjustments for the leave and other allowances in case of promotion.
- Perform recruitment activities and terminations.
- Record employee's information such as personal date, compensation, benefits, attendance, performance reviews or evaluations and terminations.
- Process employment application and assist in other recruitment activities.
- Update employee's files to document personnel actions and to provide information to authorized persons.
- Receiving customers & explain to them subscription procedures.
- Following up with Engineering Department & other concerned Department to ensure proper service provided to our customers on time.
- Transfer any amount for wrong payment
- Processing agreement for customers to settle the payment.
- Receiving Customers and help them to open accounts.
- Updating files, process all office and clerical work.
