Following up the Sales agents activities ( calls, visits & meetings )
Monitoring sales agents' activities and making sure their sales forecast is increasing.
Evaluating the Sales agents performance and make action plans for the low performers if needed.
Providing top management with the team's forecast and making sure that the provided forecast is closed by the end of the month .
Supporting sales agents in negotiation and closing the deal.
