AVP - Working as Central Region Senior Officer - Closed deals & aftersales services:
- Monitor client feedback and progress of current products and troubleshoot first hand problems to maximize client satisfaction.
- Ensure customer inquiries, requests and complaints are addressed through the appropriate channels in order to provide efficiency of service and customer satisfaction.
- Act as point of contact for cash management with various departments within the bank (RMs, IT, Product Managements, Operations, etc.) to guarantee awareness of new products, enhancements and services
- Ensure all products and services are sold in compliance with the bank’s policies, procedures, and regulators’ guidelines and approvals.
- Conduct & perform developed testing on the new version of some products.
- Find a way to make the work easier and less complicated and reduce turnaround time for service request and delivery it to the clients.
Cash management:
- e-Channels Sales (Online Banking, B2B, Payroll, Payroll Cards, Cash Deposit Card, e-payment, SADAD OLP, e-trade, Point of sale, Escrow Accounts, Dividend Distribution and e-collection).
- New Clients Acquired (Inquiry/Trans) Incremental Cost reduction (as a result of the migration).
- Conducting formal meeting with the Corporate Banking Group Team leaders in assigned Area.
- Open up new channels of sales through corporations and entities.
- Establish good relationships with the Decision Makers in the corporations and entities to assist in the sales in the assigned Area.
