Responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts and for delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs. Also in charge of maintaining a strong sales pipeline through effective relationship building, account management and lead generation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Managing numerous accounts in many sectors (Large, Oil & Gas, SME..)
•Presenting business proposals to prospective clients
•Sell And Provide All kind of Enterprise Services (Mobility, Connectivity, HCS, Cloud and Data Center - DR, PTT)
•Closely liaising with the marketing team about campaigns
•Attending company wide sales meetings and conferences
•Monitor and assist managers to ensure timely performance management assessments are being performed
•Networking with business partners and attending all training for new products and services
•Coordinating action plans to penetrate new markets Being a point of contact to priority customers and resolving any issues that they have
•Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
•Providing directions, instructions, guidance and all the trainings needed for the team
•Provide the team with a vision of the project objectives
•Coaching and development of the staff
•Delivering information to customers (emails, letters, messaging systems) spoken (conversations, meetings, presentations) visual (videos, posters, brochures)
•Collaborating directly with customers to understand their needs to hitting the target
•Negotiating with customers to increase purchase values and boost monthly revenue for the business
•Collecting and communicating customer requirements to all necessary departments to provide them with all reports they need and support
•Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
