• Manage and responsible for 150+ dedicated, Sales Reps, Promoters and Visual Merchandisers.
• Develop job descriptions as per clients’ requirements.
• Evaluate and provide continuous trainings and support on guidelines and best practices.
• Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.
• Doing Interviews for new candidates & report the best candidates to Clients.
• Follow up with the Visa process (New Visa, Visa Renewal, Cancelation, New License, and License
• Renewal License for 3 Companies & for 300+ Employee.
• Conducting exit interviews for employees and recording them accordingly
• Preparing letters such as offer and confirmation
• Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
• Handling the full and final settlement of the employees
• Handling insurance-related issues
• Reviewing resumes and applications
• Learn the products and services offered, including the sales terms (e.g. special features, return and warranty policies).
• Set targets for the sales department
• Collaborate with the marketing department to prepare common strategies
• Monitor sales numbers and marketing metrics
• Calculate business trends, like monthly sales rates
• Analyze market trends
