Tasks involve:
-Source property inventories from property owners and real estate agents.
-Source potential investors and establish/maintain a good work relationship.
-Advice and discuss various opportunities of property services.
-Attend to inquiries (of the following nature: leasing, sale, re-sale, property
valuation…etc) professionally, to maintain a high standard of service, and to
update the Sales Excel Sheet constantly.
-Formulate properties tailored to the needs of the clients. -Assemble detailed
property portfolio and present it to clients.
-Build awareness and knowledge of the property market in Qatar (and other)
and study factors influencing property market.
-Collect full details of property which includes photo shooting, arranging
viewings, showing the property to potential tenants, etc...
-Attend “Property nature” events (such as exhibitions like Cityscape, property
launching, presentations, seminars…etc)

2- Plan and achieve the revenue targets and goals.
3- Getting feedback from costumers.
4- Developing, maintaining relationships with prospects; recommending solutions and support.

Category Planning & Management
* Ability to efficiently manage of all product categories to maximize business performance and ensure margin targets are achieved.
* Constant review of all product groups to ensure that the customer experience and offer is always top of mind.
* Manage senior buying team to ensure business objectives are understood and achieved and work efficiencies under constant review.
Sourcing & Margin Negotiation
* Negotiate all commercial and trading agreements with external partners that ensure short and long term benefits to the business. In particular focusing on payment terms, rebates, margin percentage and prsupport.
* Ensure that stores have the optimal product mix and allowing strategic placement of high margin products in high volume areas to maximize profit.
* Regular review of financial performance to ensure products are delivering bottom line performance
Product Management
* Support the Logistics Manager in ensuring inventory targets including ageing stock is managed .
* Ensuring that all aged inventory is successfully managed and controlled in the business and ensure targets are achieved.
* Effective range management including the development of own brand products to support consumer demand and margin contribution.
Marketing & B2B Management
* Align all buying activities with the marketing calendar to ensure cost efficiencies, return on investment and vendor contributions.
* Support the Operations Manager with all new store opening and ensure effective control of all project requirements.
* Manage the marketing function to ensure the requirements for each store are achieved as per the agreed plan.
Development
* Continuous review of direct reports in order to ensure career development, individual coaching and opportunities for internal growth.
* ensure that all direct reports have the opportunity to learn and grow. Maximizing performance and building a high performing team.
*inspect damaged vehicles and assess repair costs by diagnosing automotive problems & knowledge of auto body repair
*consulting police and lawyers in the evaluation of a claim, inspecting property damage, to determine the extent of the company's liability.
*Review photographs and written statements related of the accident.
*Negotiate and Corresponded with the auto parts stores and the repair shop
*interviewed agents, witnesses, or claimants to compile information.
*Assessed the cost or value of an insured item.
*Calculated benefit payments and approved payment of claims within a certain monetary limit.
