1- To review the contract documents & drawings properly for the complete understanding of job in order to make the realistic schedule as per the project standard and specifications
2- Interfacing with project operation team for full coordination during schedule preparation in order to end with achievable logic schedule to be followed by all the project team
3- Analysis of the schedule to determine the critical areas and work priorities
4- Allocation of all resources on schedules (cost loading, manpower and quantities)
5- Periodical schedule updates
6- Analysis of schedule updates to maintain the project on or ahead schedule
7- Studying of the problem areas to determine criticality of schedule activities and recommend alternatives for schedule improvement to project team for discussion and/or decision.
8- Integrating of the changes, variation order and additional work on the schedule to identify the time impact occurred
9- Preparing all progress reports for the client (daily, weekly and monthly )
10- Preparing Internal progress reports (daily, weekly and monthly )
11- Attend the weekly progress meeting and highlights all the major / minor Problems
12- Taking appropriate action and doing all necessary coordination works for accomplishing the objectives and tasks within the specified duration and budgeted limitations.
13- Preparing short-term programs for sub-contractors based on CPM.
14- Preparing of S-Curves for manpower.

1- Planning / scheduling for KN projects in Egypt using Primavera P6.
2- Resource estimating and loading.
3- Follow-up Engineering, Procurement and Fabrication till site delivery.
4- Creating and updating Engineering log and Procurement log.
5- Follow-up all construction / installation activities.
6- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
7- Report project progress (S -Curve).
8- Site coordination between departments and subcontractors, and prepare Coordination meetings.
9- Prepare Summary schedule, areas of concern and weekly presentation.

7- Preparation of project cost reports and cost forecasts and identifying areas of budget concern.
8- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.

10- Prepare recovery schedule if required.

12- Compare the actual man power for each activity with the planed required man power.
13- Submitted and approved documents for extra work to client.
