2.Estimating and analysis Cost /time for project’s work scope for updating project’s feasibility study.
3.Following up work execution and determining any deviation to the scheduled time/cost plan and reporting it as a risk for making the required recovery decision.
4.Preparing variation orders for contracts due to scope or design change and analysis estimated time/cost impact.
5.Reviewing and approving contractors' claims due to variation orders' time/cost impacts and analysis the newly added items not included at the contract BOQs if any.
6.Produce and maintain detailed times plans which show the milestones/estimated cost and full scope of work for project.
7.Scheduling the project base line and track the project time/cost schedule.
8.Monitor project progress and preparing periodically reports (weekly/monthly report) which determine the deviations occurred and shown reasons of deviation and recommendations to enable the client to deliver their commitments on time and within budget.

7.Preparing the Shop Drawings for civil works as Concrete Neat Line, Steel reinforcement, miscellaneous steel, concrete embedment, Hand rails and finishing details.
8.Preparing the steel reinforcement bar bending lists.
9.Reviewing subcontractors’ shop drawings as well as outsourced shop drawings and coordinate their approval process with the project consultant.
10.Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand over to the project consultant

11.Preparing the material Take Off sheets and making the final check with the Owner to be included in the invoices.
12.Tracking manpower with the execution team.
13.Participate in solving / report any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction to the Technical Office Manager for discussion and proper solve.

14.Following up the onsite subcontractors work progress and preparing the invoices.
