Legal Translation: contracts, agreements, regulations and bylaws, legal cases, disputes/ complaints related documents, BoDs’ resolutions & Saudi Capital Market Authority’s circulars, guidelines and regulations.

Marketing & Communications material and brochures.
Corporate portals & website localization.
Occasional interpretation.
Reviewing, editing and proofreading the translations performed by translators for quality assurance.

Duties:-
Translated and drew up all official correspondences/ emails.
Translated financial and banking documents: weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual financial and investment reports, balance sheets, financial statements, shareholders’ Minutes of Meetings, IPOs and investor’s research.
Translated economic and business documents: Market researches, feasibility studies, reports and business plans.
Translated legal contracts and agreements concluded with Banks and Financial Institutions and Real Estate Corporate.
Occasional Interpreting.
Building specialized terminology databases.
