- Facilitate & follow-up on submission and approval of samples and quotations between customers and commercial coordinators
- Provide customer support during and after the sales process
- Establish long-term relation with customers, guaranteeing EOY target achievement and accurate forecast for coming years.
- Follow-up and closely monitor timely collection of due payments by all accounts in hand.
- Conduct knowledge sharing and needed training for newcomers and co-workers.
- Participating & representing the company on annual exhibitions and conferences relevant to my sectors.
